1) Verify liquid is actually present in the vessel being monitored.

2) Verify the instrument has been calibrated for the active length of the connected sensor.

3) Verify the sensor current is activating and is of the proper value. Refer to the operating manual.

4) If a solution cannot be found, contact an Authorized AMI Technical Support Representative.
