1) Verify that the instrument has been connected to an electrical source of proper input voltage. 2) Disconnect the instrument from power and remove the cover. a) Verify that the fuse is not open. b) Look for indications of overheating on the printed circuit board or any other obvious damage. c) Verify all cables and/or headers are connected.
3) Reconnect the instrument to power of the proper voltage range. Connect a DVM to the instrument and probe all the power supply test points and verify that the readings match the value silkscreened by the test point when the instrument is powered on. 4) If a solution cannot be found, contact an Authorized AMI Technical Support Representative.
